HourBurn is an AI-powered calendar cost analysis tool designed for executives. It connects to your Google Calendar, calculates the dollar cost of your meetings based on your salary, and provides AI-generated recommendations to improve your schedule.
HourBurn is offered at $599/month or $4,999/year with a 7-day free trial. Your credit card will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before day 7. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings and retain access through the end of your paid period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with HourBurn within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact support@hourburn.com for a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trial cancellations do not require a refund — simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
HourBurn's cost calculations and AI recommendations are estimates based on the information you provide. They are intended as decision-support tools, not financial or legal advice. Always apply your own judgment before making business decisions based on our analysis.
You agree not to misuse HourBurn, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, share your account credentials, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
HourBurn is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of HourBurn after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
